We carry out examination and maintenance of lifebuoys in accordance with MC SOLAS (LSA) requirements. An examination includes: marking inspection of life-saving appliances, external visual inspection, test for durability and buoyancy, as well as check for completeness of optional equipment (Lifebuoy self igniting light, lifebuoy line and self-activating smoke signal)
If necessary, we make replacement of components or rejection with the provision of a new product.
As soon as the examination is conducted we issue an original certificate of inspection, marked with the original label.
We carry out examination and maintenance of rigid lifejackets in accordance with MC SOLAS (LSA). An examination includes: marking inspection, external visual inspection, test for durability and buoyancy, as well as check for completeness of optional equipment (Self igniting lights, reflecting materials and whistles)
If needed, we change components or make a rejection with the provision of a new product.
As a result of the examination we issue an original certificate of inspection, marked with the original label.
We carry out the examination of the liferafts of both, throw-overboard and davit-launched types with SOLAS A-Pack, B-Pack, C-Pack. Our company uses only liferaft maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer.
The examination of liferafts is carried out no more than once a year and consists of:
technical condition test;
inspection of the liferaft;
mainatanance of the liferaft;
technical condition check and maintenance of the liferaft deployment system;
check of the equipment and emergency supply items;
examination and maintanance of the container;
examination of hydrostatic release units;
replacing the weak link and the interchangeable element of the painter;
packaging of the liferaft.
As a result of the examination, we issue an original certificate of check.
Our company carries out technical examination of hydrostatic release unit with operating depth test (pneumatic test). Inspection of the hydrostatic release device is carried out after a year of operation (simultaneously with the inspection of the raft).
Following the test we provide a corresponding maintenance mark of HRU in the original passport of the raft.

The tightness of the suit is checked by supplying air into its cavity. If the pressure drop is insignificant within one minute, then the suit is mared as airtight. In case of a significant decrease in pressure, the suit is tested, eliminating the identified defects.

Fire hoses are visually inspected to determine the presence of markings, possible external and internal damage or defects. We check the outer and inner surfaces of fire hoses, including the fire hose couplings and their joints for discoloration, stains, cuts, punctures, deformations, breaks, cracks, etc. Based on the results of such an inspection, we decide on the further running of the hoses or the need for their testing and maintanance.
We carry out an examination and maintenance of fire hose cabinets.
Inspection and maintenance of the fire hose cabinets is carried out once a year. The fire hose cabinet is checked with a fully unrolled hose, which is under pressure. If the fire hose has signs of a limiting state, we make rejection with replacement by the new unit.
All defects are eliminated as soon as possible to get all fire-fighting equipment back to a stanby condition.

We carry out maintenance and inspection of stationary aerosol fire extinguishing systems.
The vessel's volumetric aerosol fire extinguishing system has a number of advantages over other systems: the weight of the system is 10-15% less than other similar gas system, the cost is 50-60% lower, it is non-toxic and the system can be installed without removal the ship from operation. The system consists of fire-extinguishing aerosol generators, control and signal panel, intermediate relay board, electrical circuits and light and sound alarms. All maintenance and inspection work is carried out in accordance with MSC/ 1/Circ. 1432, and the IMO FSS Code.
