Our company carries out technical examination of hydrostatic release unit with operating depth test (pneumatic test). Inspection of the hydrostatic release device is carried out after a year of operation (simultaneously with the inspection of the raft).
Following the test we provide a corresponding maintenance mark of HRU in the original passport of the raft.

Description
Technical maintenance and examination process includes:
- disassembly of the device;
- removal of old grease from the surface of the rod, bushing, balls of the disconnecting link;
- replacement of the membrane and balls;
- applying a layer of lubricant on tubbng surfaces and threaded joints to protect against corrosion in marine conditions;
- assembly of the device;
- testing the device for automatic operation on a special stand by creating excess pressure in the chamber;
