Examination of pilot ladders and embarkation ladders

We carry out examination, repair and replacement of fasteners and components of:

• Pilot ladders L: 3, 4, 6, 9, 12(m); 
• Embarkation ladders L(m): from 3 to 30 and more;

All the necessary types of work related to testing, maintanance, and manufacture of storm ladders are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, LSA Code for life-saving appliances, IMO Resolution A.889(21), TU U 35.1-30284125-003-2002.

We carry out the following types of work:

• Check the marking;
• External visual inspection;
• Check the materials used, the surface roughness of the ladder rung is carried out in accordance with GOST 7016;
• Mechanical strenth test. Stringers and ladder rungs are tested by hanging a load. Holding time under load - is 5 minutes;
• Test after inspection is also made;
• Marking;

As soon as the examination is conducted we issue an original certificate for the products that have passed the tests.
