Nitrogen filling system

The SFA Nitrogen filling system is used to fill fire extinguishers of any type with nytrogen.
The SFA Nitrogen filling system consists of a body frame, which includes:

1. two pressure gauges (show filling and admission pressure)
2. valve with 3 positions (closed, open, release) 
3. safety valve

Operating principle:
The nitrogen filling unit SFA is connected by its supply hose with plug-in coupling to the pressure reducer of the nitrogen supply bottle. The input pressure gauge indicates the admission pressure. Opening the ball valve fills the fire extinguisher via a connected coiled filling hose and a filling connector. The nessesary pressure is adjusted with the pressure reducer.

Advantages:

1. High work safety - no overfilling of containers
2. Integrated release of the filling line
3. The filling process can be checked via the filling pressure gauge. A safety valve eliminates overfilling. After the filling process is ended the filling hose is forcibly released when the ball valve is closed.
