Rolled aluminium includes a wide range of semi-finished products made from aluminium and its alloys. Aluminium is known for its lightness, corrosion resistance and moldability. Most often, aluminium is found in an alloy with magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc or iron to give products strength and suitability for use as materials of construction. Certain aluminium alloys are comparable in strength to steel, but weigh 60% less.
