Description
The VIKING Throw overboard liferaft for 12 people, meant for use on commercial, fishing, passenger, or offshore installations. It can be cast overboard or automatically deployed from its cradle. Once the liferaft is in the water, it can be inflated by yanking hard on the painter line, making it ready for boarding.
The liferaft complies with SOLAS/MED regulations and flag state approval requirements and is also approved by DNV-GL. It is stored in a rigid fiberglass containers, as depicted in the attached diagram. Each liferaft is supplied with a complete emergency pack of either Solas A or B. VIKING's throw overboard liferaft model is highly durable and has a life expectancy of 15 to 20 years.
